• Responsibility for the smooth operation, monitoring and continuous optimisation of our IT infrastructure
• (on-premises, cloud and hybrid).
• Planning and management of demanding IT infrastructure projects (e.g. cloud migrations, network
• upgrades, security implementations) from conception through to successful rollout.
• Ensuring the implementation and further development of IT security policies, backup strategies and

• Several years of solid professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering and IT operations.
• Experience in project management and an interest in growing into a deputy leadership role; prior
• leadership experience is a plus.

• Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable Odoo HR solutions.
• Translating business requirements into clear technical architecture, module design, workflows, and integration concepts.

• Demonstrated success in delivering full-cycle Odoo implementations, including migration, customization, and integrations.
• Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu), Git, Docker, and CI/CD environments.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into robust technical solutions aligned with Odoo best practices.
• Highly analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
