Senior IT Security Architect
IT Security Architect
Location: Lugano, Switzerland | Type: Permanent | 80–100%
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the organization’s enterprise security architecture across networks, cloud platforms, applications, and endpoints.
- Define and implement security frameworks, standards, and policies aligned with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Conduct security architecture reviews for new systems, infrastructure, and applications.

- Proven experience with security architecture.

Digital Application Manager (Focus in M365)
Digital Application Manager (Focus in M365)
Location: Berne, Switzerland | Type: Permanent | 80–100%
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of M365 services.
- Implement and maintain governance policies, compliance controls, and security configurations within the M365 platform.
- Support user lifecycle management, licensing, and access control through Azure AD / Entra ID.

Network Engineer
Network Engineer
Location: Berne/Zurich, Switzerland | Type: Permanent | 80–100%
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
Implement routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP
Manage VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and Layer 2/3 switching
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Odoo Developer and Architect
- Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable Odoo HR solutions.
- Translating business requirements into clear technical architecture, module design, workflows, and integration concepts.
- Developing and customizing Odoo applications (Python, XML, JavaScript, QWeb) and ensuring clean, maintainable, and well documented code.
- Integrating Odoo with third-party systems via REST or XML-RPC APIs and ensuring secure and reliable data flows.

Test Manager / Test Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Serve as Testmaster within the SAFe framework, promoting agile testing excellence
- Define and uphold test strategies in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards
- Coordinate testing activities across 4+ Scrum teams, with emphasis on end-to-end testing and built-in quality
- Lead the planning and execution of all testing phases, including manual, automated, performance, and security testing
