IT Solution Architect
- Continuously evolve the architecture of our IT platform together with the team, drawing on your broad
- experience as an IT Solution Architect.
- Evaluate customer requirements, align them with business processes and functional/solution
- architectures, and ensure correct implementation from a solution architecture perspective.

Your Commitment will include
- You lead and develop the Network Services & Operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-oriented culture.

Team Lead - IT Backend Operations
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Backend team (approx. 6 employees) across the areas of
- Network, Windows, Linux, and Databases.

SAP Energy Consultant (EDM/ISU)
Your Commitment will include
- Responsible for SAP Energy Data Management (EDM) and its integration with S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) and related peripheral systems from a technical perspective.
- Support and contribute to projects involving the implementation of SAP EDM, SAP AMI, and market communication solutions.
- Analyze and optimize energy-related business processes, including load profile processing, balancing, and market communication.

Test Automation Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing using Java and Cucumber

Enterprise Architect
- Designing and shaping the long-term strategic IT landscape, including vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with current technology trends.
- Documenting the IT architecture and its dependencies on business architecture through structured models.
- Optimizing enterprise-wide information and data architecture, identifying synergies, and eliminating redundant applications.

Senior IT Infrastructure and Operations Engineer
- Responsibility for the smooth operation, monitoring and continuous optimisation of our IT infrastructure
- (on-premises, cloud and hybrid).
- Planning and management of demanding IT infrastructure projects (e.g. cloud migrations, network
- upgrades, security implementations) from conception through to successful rollout.
- Ensuring the implementation and further development of IT security policies, backup strategies and
- disaster recovery plans in coordination with the CISO.
- Supporting 1st level support (approx. 1 day per week), acting as escalation point for complex technical
- issues (2nd level), and coordinating with external partners for major incidents (3rd level).
- Deputising for the Head of IT in their absence and actively contributing to the strategic direction of the IT
- function.
Achieving the difference requires
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics; a Master’s degree is an
- advantage.
- Several years of solid professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering and IT operations.
- Experience in project management and an interest in growing into a deputy leadership role; prior
- leadership experience is a plus.

ICT System Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Performing 3rd level troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex IT incidents
- Leading technical aspects of system changes, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives for the Windows Environment
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Designing and documenting system architectures and technical solution concepts
- Collaborating with business units to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions

Solution Architect IT
Your Commitment will include
- Define and continuously develop software and system architectures across assigned projects
- Design viable, scalable, and secure solution architectures aligned with Cloud-Native Design principles
- Design and specify interfaces and API architectures
- Translate business requirements into actionable and robust technical solution architectures
- Provide technology strategy consulting, including evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and tools
- Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards, and best practices
- Support and guide development teams in the implementation of architectural specifications
Achieving the difference requires
- Solid experience as a Completed degree or higher vocational qualification in Computer Science or equivalent
- Several years of proven experience in software and system architecture design
- Solid knowledge of Cloud-Native Design including Kubernetes and Microservices
- Hands-on experience with API design and interface architecture, especially REST and event-driven architectures
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to mediate between business and IT

Odoo Developer and Architect
- Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable Odoo HR solutions.
- Translating business requirements into clear technical architecture, module design, workflows, and integration concepts.
- Developing and customizing Odoo applications (Python, XML, JavaScript, QWeb) and ensuring clean, maintainable, and well documented code.
- Integrating Odoo with third-party systems via REST or XML-RPC APIs and ensuring secure and reliable data flows.
- Managing end-to-end Odoo implementations, including configuration, workflows,roles/permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ensuring system performance, stability, and security through regular audits, monitoring, tuning, and code reviews.
- Leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions with stakeholders, business users, and project teams.
- Supporting CI/CD processes, version control, DevOps pipelines, and best practices for deployment and automation.
Achieving the difference requires
- Several years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer or Odoo Architect, ideally with versions v12–v17.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, XML/QWeb, and JavaScript, with solid understanding of modular Odoo architecture.
- Demonstrated success in delivering full-cycle Odoo implementations, including migration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu), Git, Docker, and CI/CD environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into robust technical solutions aligned with Odoo best practices.
- Highly analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
