Test Engineer

Your Commitment will include

ICT Service Manager
Your Commitment will include

Odoo Developer and Architect
- Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable Odoo HR solutions.
- Translating business requirements into clear technical architecture, module design, workflows, and integration concepts.

Test Manager / Test Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Serve as Testmaster within the SAFe framework, promoting agile testing excellence
- Define and uphold test strategies in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards
- Coordinate testing activities across 4+ Scrum teams, with emphasis on end-to-end testing and built-in quality
- Lead the planning and execution of all testing phases, including manual, automated, performance, and security testing

Senior System Sofware Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Design, operation and further development of Windows client environments

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is desirable
- Familiarity with agile methods, especially Scrum; knowledge of SAFe is a plus
- Experience in dealing with UEM solutions and managing mobile devices

Business Manager Intern (Remote)
Your Commitment will include
- Conduct outreach to clients and clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business pitches.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback to sales and marketing teams-
- Support the Business Manager in identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans for business growth.

Test Engineer
Your Commitment will include:
- Execute and manage end-to-end testing in agile teams
- Act as interface between dev teams and business
- Define and continuously improve test strategy
- Conduct tests independently and document results
- Coordinate testing plans and ensure high-quality delivery
Achieving the difference requires:
- Several years of experience in software testing (ideally ISTQB certified)
- Higher technical education in IT or Business Informatics
- Strong communicator with experience interfacing with stakeholders
- Technical familiarity (Java, SQL, XML, databases) is a plus
- Fluent in German; good command of English

Test Automation Engineer
Your Commitment will include
- Design, create and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Appium
- Collaborate with the team on automation approaches and strategies
- Create and maintain test plans, cases and scripts based on defined test automated standards and methodologies
- In compliance on the given requirements, develope and implement automated solutions within using Java and Angular
- Review and analyze test cases to improve the quality of the application
- Provide the team with feedback about the suitability of automation
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science and / or engineering or equivalent training
- 5 years of professional experience as test automation engineer in the web environment with tools such as Selenium, Appium and Jira
- Good experience in test design, test execution, test analysis, test protocols
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
- Committed, proactive and dynamic personality
- Highly reliable and detail oriented
- Fluency in German. Any other language such as English are an advantage
